Our office has been able to identify and diagnose several Carotid Artery Calcifications on routine Panoramic Digital Films. These patients were referred to specialists for proper follow-up and stroke prevention procedures. Digital x-rays provide a great benefit to you and your family. Not only are they an excellent diagnostic tool, but they decrease radiation to the patient by over 90%. All x-rays taken including panoramic radiographs are digital.
